App Demo On Location At Pepperdine

May 31, 2010

For the past several months, we have been developing and testing our first mobile application in conjunction with the Pepperdine University Department of Athletics. Over the Memorial Day weekend, EYEPLY has been demonstrated during live games with the University’s NCAA Division I baseball team, where we were asking fans in attendance, “What do you see, do, and remember at sports, entertainment, and shopping venues?”

With EYEPLY’s real-time smart phone service, social networks and media networks are enhanced in these surroundings by utilizing location-based platforms to create experiences that are more contextually-relevant to the user’s profile, behaviors, time, and position.

We are excited to announce that a video of the EYEPLY application in action during yesterday’s game will be posted online in the next few weeks. Viewers will see a working walkthrough of the application’s key feature set, against the backdrop of an actual game, as the Waves (Pepperdine University) hosted the Dons (University of San Francisco) in their final homestand of the 2010 regular season. Check back soon!

Our team is also in the midst of sharing additional EYEPLY demonstration details with: Investors and advisors, venue managers, brand marketers, designers, and data providers. If you are a potential partner interested in seeing this detailed presentation, please contact us.

Here’s a look at a few pre-game pictures, as the team prepared opening shots for the demo video.
